We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and proactive
Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of our office. You will be the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for customers, clients, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Manage front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming calls
Handle visitor check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling
Provide basic and accurate information about Mquik.in and our services
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor or customer meetings
Maintain office supplies and assist in minor administrative tasks
Support HR/Admin teams with clerical duties when required
Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a customer service role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass, Graduate or pursuing graduation
