Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors; manage calls and emails
Maintain visitor logs and reception area
Manage courier dispatches, office supplies, and stationery
Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and reimbursements
Update records and prepare basic admin/MIS reports
Requirements:
12th Pass/ Graduate in any stream
6 Months -2 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Good communication skills, well-organized, and presentable
