Handling phone calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and providing basic information.
Managing mail and deliveries: Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Scheduling appointments: Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings.
Providing administrative support: Assisting the sales and/or property management departments with administrative tasks.
Maintaining office order: Ensuring the front office area is clean and organized.
Performing clerical duties: Filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
