Assist in the recruitment process by collecting resumes, form distribution (interview evaluation form) and support HR in further process.
On board new employees by completing necessary paperwork (joining form), collecting documents and facilitating orientation.
Maintain and updating of Attendance on daily basis, employee records, ID cards and files. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Assisting in other activities of HR & Admin (if required) Desired Candidate profile:
