Job Description

Job Purpose:



To be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. The Front Desk Receptionist handles inquiries, manages appointments, coordinates with departments, and supports administrative functions to ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Front Desk Operations



Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer incoming calls promptly, route them to the appropriate departments, or take messages when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area.

2. Customer Assistance



Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and processes. Assist customers with inquiries regarding appointments, service bookings, or test drives (in an automobile setup). Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely customer support and updates.

3. Appointment & Visitor Management



Schedule and manage customer appointments and meetings. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed. Inform concerned departments about visitor arrivals.

4. Administrative Support



Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document filing. Support daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and report preparation. Maintain inventory of office supplies and request replenishments when necessary.

5. Communication & Coordination



Act as a communication link between customers and internal departments. Communicate customer feedback or issues to the relevant team for resolution. Ensure a smooth and efficient front-office workflow.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Customer service orientation

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum: High school diploma or graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Arts) Experience: 0-3 years in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (automobile or retail industry preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
