This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, handling front desk operations, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor log, ID badges)
Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven experience as a
receptionist, front office
representative, or similar role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer service attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
