1. Welcome and assist visitors, members, and clients in a polite and professional manner.
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages & provide accurate information about services.
3. Guide customers regarding membership plans, schedules, and facilities.
4. Schedule sessions, maintain appointment records, and coordinate with staff.
5. Maintain attendance, handle basic billing or payment collection, and update customer data.
6. Keep track of visitors, members, and daily operations efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
:
1. Minimum high school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years in reception, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality is an advantage).
3. Fluency in English is compulsory.
4. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and booking software).
