Job Summary
We are looking for a
smart, proactive, and well-presented female professional
to join us as a Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator. The role requires excellent communication skills, guest handling experience, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest queries, provide information, and ensure a positive visitor experience.
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
Manage courier, mail, and front-office supplies.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support when required.

Female candidate,
up to 32 years of age

Minimum
2 years of experience
in Reception / Front Office / Guest Handling roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle situations proactively.
