Attend visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notify relevant officials when visitors arrive.
Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems.
Make entry of incoming and outgoing material in the Inward-Outward register.
Answer visitors' questions, calls and provide them with the relevant information.
Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing Visitor ID Cards.
Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures and Regulations.
Arrange meetings and schedules for senior staff.
Keep a record of office supplies like Stationary, Inventory and Cash Expenses.
Sign for deliveries and ensure all mails and packages are handed over to respective recipients.
Maintain discipline at the reception area.
Ensure cleanliness in the reception area.
