Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure compliance with office security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist in administrative arrangements for internal and external meetings.
Handle courier management--receiving, dispatching, and tracking documents.
Provide administrative support to HR and office administration teams as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Ensure efficient communication across departments through timely updates and coordination.
