Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly. Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized manner. Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy. Handle inquiries from clients and guests, providing accurate information. Support administrative and HR teams with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in any discipline). Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Professional appearance and customer service attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
