We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk activities, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and visitor management.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, employees, and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
