Understand customer purpose (bridal, casual, browsing, trial, etc.) and direct them to the appropriate sales executive
Manage customer flow during peak hours to avoid crowding and confusion
Maintain queue discipline at billing, trial rooms, or consultation areas
Coordinate with floor sales staff for proper customer handover
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of store entrance area
Support in managing waiting customers politely during rush
Observe customer mood and inform sales team about priority/VIP/bridal clients
Ensure elderly and special-needs customers receive assistance
Maintain professional posture, grooming, and body language at all times
