Greet visitors providing a friendly, courteous front office service reflecting the office image.
Perform tele calling activities to support marketing and sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records and update databases.
Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Presentable, smart and strong communication skills.
Proven experience as Receptionist.
Knowledge of Office Management and Book Keeping.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
