We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor records and manage front office registers
Handle courier (incoming & outgoing)
Manage daily emails and communicate messages accurately
Coordinate with Admin for office requirements
Assist in scheduling appointments & meetings
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the reception area
Support basic administrative and clerical tasks when required
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, polite, and well-organized
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong customer service attitude
