Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Visitor Management: Greeting and welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining visitor logs or security procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges).

Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls; managing the office email; and handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing meeting room calendars, and performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable; monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery.

Customer Service: Addressing queries and resolving complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive first impression.


Salary upto25k rest depends on the interview



Qualification- Min Graduation



Good knowledge of excel and MS Office
