Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, customer queries or walk-in questions; provide basic information and guidance.
Direct visitors to the right shops, services or personnel as needed.
Maintain visitor logs or sign-in records (if applicable).
Manage basic administrative / clerical duties -- e.g. answer phone, keep reception area tidy, manage mail/packages or deliveries.
Assist with general coordination or support tasks as required by mall management (e.g. guiding staff or temporary help, visitor support).
Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and organized at all times.
Requirements / Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English), friendly and courteous manner.
Polite, presentable, and professionally dressed.
Basic comfort with phones, records, visitor handling.
Pleasant personality and courteous behaviour -- good for interacting with customers and visitors.
