Job Description

Front Desk Management



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Manage visitor entries, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.

Call & Communication Handling



Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information. Receive and manage messages for employees and ensure timely delivery.

Administrative Support



Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and documents. Maintain attendance sheets and support HR/admin in documentation. Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.

Coordination



Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, Admin, and Operations for smooth workflow. Support team in basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

Record Management



Maintain and update contact lists, employee directories, visitor logs, and other records. Ensure confidentiality of company documents and client information.

Office Assistance



Monitor office supplies and raise requirement requests when needed. Support in managing housekeeping staff and ensuring office hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 2 year of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin role (preferred). Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
