Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and employee movement registers.
Handle courier, dispatch, and postal services efficiently.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements for meetings and guests.
Maintain front office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth office operations.
Assist the HR/Admin department with general administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and employee information.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration or related field).
0-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and appearance.
