The Receptionist cum Front Desk & Student Counselor will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling telephonic and walk-in inquiries, providing basic counseling and course information, and supporting the admissions and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures.
Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper record keeping.
Handle mail, courier, and general administrative tasks.
Student Counseling (Walk-in & Telephonic):
Provide initial counseling to prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career options.
Follow up with walk-in and telephonic inquiries to convert leads into admissions.
Explain institute policies, academic programs, and facilities clearly and positively.
Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team for follow-ups and enrollments.
Administrative & Coordination Support:
Maintain student inquiry and admission databases.
Assist in scheduling counseling sessions, orientations, and academic meetings.
Support marketing and admission campaigns (tele-calling, event coordination, etc.).
Ensure the reception area and counseling desk are neat and presentable
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in front office, counseling, or student services.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency

Pay: ₹10,730.80 - ₹12,814.53 per month
