Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and appointments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Handle courier dispatches, incoming deliveries, and administrative tasks.
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation, scheduling, and general office coordination.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion with company information.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality, confident demeanor, and customer-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in admin, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
