Front Office Executive - Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage the reception desk and maintain a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and other front office documentation.
Assist in daily office coordination and support administrative tasks.
Provide information and assistance to employees and guests as required.
Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Operate computer systems efficiently, with knowledge of MS Office and Excel for data entry, record management, and reporting.
Handle system-based tasks such as maintaining databases, preparing spreadsheets, and managing digital records.
