Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, or customer feedback.
Handle visitor entries, maintain guest logs, and issue visitor passes.
Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Provide accurate information about the company's services/products to callers and visitors.
Assist in administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Support HR/Administration in onboarding, interview coordination, or front-office tasks.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling calls and visitor interactions.
