Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors and clients, providing information, and issuing visitor badges.

Answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and handling customer inquiries.

Administrative tasks:

Data entry, filing, scanning documents, and maintaining records.

Mail and deliveries:

Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.

Scheduling:

Managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Office upkeep:

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and monitoring office supplies.

Security:

Following safety procedures and controlling access to the office.

Required Skills



Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service:

A friendly and helpful attitude with strong customer service skills.

Organization and Multitasking:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills:
