Job Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: Organizing and managing meetings, conferences, and other events.

Document Preparation: Drafting letters, emails, reports, and presentations.

Record Keeping: Maintaining files, databases, and other records.

Financial Tasks: Managing expenses, processing invoices, and handling other financial paperwork.

Office Organization: Ensuring the workspace is tidy and organized.
