Job Description

Patient Interaction

: Greeting patients, offering assistance, providing directions, and ensuring a positive first impression.

Scheduling

: Booking, confirming, and managing appointments, surgeries, and procedures.

Registration & Check-in/out

: Gathering patient info, updating records, verifying insurance, and managing admission/discharge processes.

Communication

: Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and relaying information to staff.

Financial Tasks

: Handling billing, co-payments, and collecting payments.

Record Management

: Updating and maintaining patient files (electronic and paper).

Confidentiality

: Strictly adhering to patient privacy (HIPAA) and doctor information confidentiality.

Administrative Support

: Filing, faxing, photocopying, managing office supplies, and ensuring the reception area is tidy.

Problem Solving

: Addressing patient concerns and coordinating with other hospital departments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Compassion, patience, and a professional demeanor. Computer proficiency and attention to detail. Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
