Welcoming and greeting visitors, clients, and guests courteously
Handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Managing visitor entry, maintaining visitor registers, and issuing visitor passes
Receiving, sorting, and distributing couriers and parcels
Coordinating meeting room bookings and informing concerned staff
Maintaining a neat and presentable reception area
Assisting employees with basic front-desk-related queries
Admin Job Roles & Responsibilities
Managing office supplies and ensuring timely procurement
Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, stationery, etc.
Overseeing office infrastructure, cleanliness, and daily operations
Supporting HR with attendance tracking, leave records, and employee coordination
Maintaining admin-related documentation and records
Coordinating travel bookings, office events, and celebrations
Handling petty cash and basic expense tracking (if applicable)
Ensuring compliance with office policies and administrative procedures
Note
:- Married Girls who has worked as a receptionist in interior designing firm are preferred.
Computer Knowledge is must.
