The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dietitian clinic. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be responsible for ensuring that they receive excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients using the clinic\'s scheduling software. Manage client records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. Collect and process payments for services rendered. Provide basic information about the clinic\'s services and offerings to clients and visitors. Ensure that the waiting area is clean and organized at all times. Assist the dietitians with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Knowledge of nutrition and/or healthcare industry is a plus. Working Conditions: The Receptionist will work in an indoor office environment with occasional light lifting and bending required. The job may require working evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments.
