A gym reception job involves being the first point of contact for members, handling check-ins, managing memberships and payments, answering phone calls and inquiries, maintaining the reception area's cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to create a positive first impression of the gym. Key Responsibilities



Customer Service & Member Relations: Greeting and checking in members and guests, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Answering inquiries about gym services, classes, and membership options. Handling member concerns and resolving issues professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
