Front Office Executive / Hotel Receptionist - Key Responsibilities



Perform all guest

check-in and check-out procedures

efficiently Manage

online, walk-in, and phone reservations

Inform guests about

payment methods, policies, and billing procedures

Register guests by collecting required information such as

contact details and stay dates

Welcome guests upon arrival and

assign rooms as per availability and preference

Provide accurate information about

hotel facilities, room types, rates, and amenities

Handle

guest complaints and inquiries

in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with

housekeeping staff

to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and fully furnished Confirm

group bookings

and arrange personalized services for

VIPs, events, and wedding guests

Upsell hotel services and facilities

to enhance guest experience and revenue Maintain

accurate records of reservations, guest details, and payments

Ensure high standards of

customer service and guest satisfaction


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
