Job Brief We are looking for a front office executive who will be first point of contact for the guest and assist in managing all aspect of the accommodation. Front office executive will be responsible for registering guest details, managing reservations, attending to guest requirements.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests on arrival.
Perform guest Check-in and Check-outs.
Collecting and updating guest register with all required details for check-ins.
Attend to phone calls and closing telephonic enquiries.
Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully- furnished to accommodate guests.
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
Respond to guest complaints and resolve in timely and professional manner. Requirement and Skills
At least 3 years work experience as a hotel front office executive.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in hotel management software would be an added advantage.
It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
