To serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online students, offering course guidance, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into IELTS/PTE admissions while managing the front desk operations efficiently.
Provide accurate information about IELTS/PTE courses, training modules, and batch schedules.
Counsel walk-in and inbound call/web inquiries regarding course selection based on career goals and English proficiency.
Follow up with potential leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and convert them into confirmed admissions.
Maintain records of student interest, counselling sessions, and enrollment progress.
Assist in administering language assessment tests for initial student profiling.

Front Desk & Administrative Operations
Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and students professionally.
Handle daily front-desk operations including calls, registrations, and inquiries.
Maintain student registration forms, attendance logs, and admission records.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and equipped with brochures/forms.
3.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate between trainers, students, and management for scheduling demo classes, test dates, or counselling sessions.
Communicate effectively with students regarding course structure, fees, policies, and certification.
Assist in managing orientation and onboarding of new students.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Confident and persuasive approach with excellent presentation skills
Basic understanding of IELTS/PTE structure and importance
Well-versed in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Google Forms
Ability to handle walk-ins and online inquiries simultaneously
Professional appearance and attitude
