Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Hotel The Raghavas, Ayodhya

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hotel The Raghavas' is committed to providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist who is knowledgeable in channel management, OTA platforms, and social media advertising to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Reception:

- Welcome and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Manage guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

2. Reservations Management:

- Utilize channel manager and OTA platforms to oversee bookings and reservations.

- Ensure accuracy of guest information and reservation details.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare for guest arrivals.

3. Social Media and Marketing:

- Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns to enhance visibility and attract guests.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and strategies.

4. Administrative Support:

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.

- Process payments and manage cash handling duties.

5. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional service to enhance guest experience, addressing any issues that arise.

- Offer information on local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of channel management and OTA platforms.

- Knowledge of social media marketing and advertisement campaigning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with local area attractions and amenities.

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
