Roles and Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist (with Management Duties)
1. Front Desk & Reception Duties
Greet visitors, parents, students, and staff politely and professionally.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
2. Administrative Tasks
Maintain attendance records of staff and students (if required).
Assist in preparing official letters, notices, and circulars.
Maintain filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain and update contact lists of staff, parents, and vendors.
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between school management, staff, and parents.
Inform concerned authorities about student issues, staff needs, or urgent matters.
4. Management & Supervisory Support
Assist the principal or administrator in daily management tasks.
Monitor staff punctuality and report any irregularities.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and requisitions for supplies.
Keep student and staff data updated and confidential.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Assist during admission procedures and parent orientations.
Support event management and logistical arrangements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
