Job Description

Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality of all data. Coordinate with internal departments such as laboratory, nursing, and accounts for smooth workflow. Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of receipts. Monitor the front desk area for cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Assist in resolving patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously. Support administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and report preparation. Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic billing software. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.

Qualification & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's Degree (any discipline preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in front office, customer service, or hospital reception (healthcare experience preferred).

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English and local language.
