We are looking for a courteous, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent guest service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently and politely
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Assist in upselling rooms and hotel services when appropriate
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum One Year experience in hotel front office
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (hotel PMS experience is a plus)
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
