Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing guests and employees Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies Provide support to other team members as needed Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organising files and maintaining office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
