Sphere Travelmedia and Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., a prominent event management company that focuses on arranging exhibitions and events within the travel sector, is looking for a "Front Office & Admin Executive" to become part of our Bengaluru team. We are in search of individuals with at least 1-2 years of experience.

The job profile typically involves a combination of front office management and administrative responsibilities. This job requires a professional and courteous demeanor, as the individual for this role serves as the face of the organization and plays a crucial part in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.

Front Office Responsibilities:



Greeting and welcoming guests or clients in a professional and friendly manner. Managing and directing incoming calls and inquiries. Coordinating appointments and maintaining the reception area. Handling mail and courier services. Providing basic information to visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Administrative Responsibilities :



Assisting in general office management and organization. Managing office supplies and equipment. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and petty cash management. Coordinating with other departments for administrative support. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software and equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.

Qualifications:



A Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
