Handle incoming calls, emails, and online bookings, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records.
Guest relations:
Address and resolve guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative tasks:
Manage front desk operations, which includes answering phones, handling messages, preparing daily reports, and updating guest information in hotel software.
Financial management:
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Department coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
