Become the Face of Refining Skills Academy as a Front Desk Extraordinaire!
Location: Varachha, Surat
Experience: Fresher (Less than 1 year)
CTC: 10,000 - 12,000 per month
Shift: 10 hours per day
Your Role as a Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, youll create a welcoming experience, ensuring that every interaction at our front desk reflects warmth and professionalism. Youll handle a range of responsibilities that make a lasting impact on patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional approach. Manage patient registrations, appointments, and direct inquiries effectively.
• Administrative Assistance: Keep our operations running smoothly with tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Billing & Financial Handling: Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing, ensuring a seamless experience for patients handling cash and card transactions.
• Patient Relations: Foster positive relationships with patients, making their journey at our academy smooth and comfortable.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, visitors, and staff in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospital management software.
• Languages & Communication: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
