We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and confident Front Desk Officer to manage front-desk operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and welcoming
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules
Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
Support HR and Administration teams with daily operational activities
Manage courier services, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Maintain confidentiality of all company information
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Presentable, well-mannered, and professional behaviour
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality with a customer-service approach
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is an advantage
