Role Overview:



We are seeking a well-spoken and presentable

Receptionist

to manage front desk responsibilities and be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

both English

, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in basic computer operations and typing. This role requires a confident personality, a professional demeanor, and a calm, courteous approach to all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security protocols are followed. Handle scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms. Perform administrative tasks such as typing letters, emails, and maintaining records. Coordinate with internal departments for courier, housekeeping, and basic office support. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist HR/Admin team with clerical tasks and basic documentation as needed.

Administration:



Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and professional reception experience. Maintain inventory of front office supplies and coordinate procurement in coordination with the admin team. Liaise with housekeeping, courier services, and office vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Maintain visitor records, courier logs, and incoming/outgoing document registers. Support scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, interviews, and small office events. Ensure upkeep of the reception area and meeting rooms for a tidy and welcoming environment. Assist in filing, documentation, and basic record-keeping as required by Admin or HR. Provide general support to other departments with administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

2-5 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role.

Proficient in

typing

and

basic computer tools

like MS Word, Excel, and Email.

Fluent in

English

(spoken and written).

Good interpersonal skills and a welcoming personality.

Female candidates preferred.

Ability to handle pressure with a calm and composed demeanor.
