Front Desk Attendant
with strong
management skills
to oversee front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist in administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring smooth office operations while supporting management tasks.
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and couriers.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Administrative & Office Management:
Assist in basic office management tasks (supplies inventory, vendor coordination).
Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
Support HR with onboarding new employees.
Management & Coordination Duties:
Supervise staff (if applicable).
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
Monitor office compliance with policies and procedures.
Handle minor conflict resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements & Skills:
Education:
Graduation
Experience:
1+ years in front desk, reception, or office administration.
Management Experience:
Prior supervisory/team coordination is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment and CRM software
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
