Job Description

Maintaining the office front desk and receiving calls on the front desk Database Management - Maintain all the leads in excel format Use scripts provided to inform the clients about product's features and present their benefits. Calling leads generated from Events, Digital campaigns, Direct calls, showrooms etc. Segregating the leads Assigning the filtered leads to the sales team Follow up on the leads with the sales team Preparing a report on the salient leads and achievements Attending to customer grievances and passing it on to the technical team Answering incoming calls from prospective customers Maintaining the inventory of the marketing material Take up the role of a showroom consultant once the showroom is in place
