The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience to all patients and visitors. The role includes managing appointments, handling patient queries, coordinating with clinical staff, and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic's front office.
Key Responsibilities:Reception & Patient Handling
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Guide patients regarding services, procedures, and waiting time.
Front Office & Administrative Tasks
Maintain patient records and update the system accurately.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
Manage billing, receipts, and basic cash handling if required.
Ensure the front office and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Inform patients about delays, schedules, and next steps.
Assist in daily reporting and data entry activities.
Customer Service
Address patient concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Maintain a polite, helpful, and service-oriented approach at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
0-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM/clinic software).
Presentable, well-spoken, and patient-friendly personality.
Work Schedule:
Full-time (Clinic timings as per QHT Clinic schedule)

Pay: ₹9,931.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
