Front Desk Officer (Female)

who can be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at our Gurgaon clinic.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a

courteous and professional

manner. Handle

patient appointments and scheduling

using booking software. Maintain and update

patient records

accurately in the system. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Oversee the

front desk area

to maintain a neat and professional appearance. Assist patients with

registration, billing, and other administrative formalities

. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Ensure

confidentiality

of patient information and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Female candidates only.

Prior experience as a

Front Desk Officer/Receptionist in the healthcare industry

is strongly preferred. Good knowledge of

patient booking software

and appointment management systems. Proficient in

computer usage

(MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.). Excellent

communication skills

in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, empathetic, and responsible approach to patient handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
