The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. She will be responsible for managing reception operations, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and internal teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in Excel and basic computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain patient databases and daily records using Excel and CRM systems.
Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative documentation.
Handle inquiries related to clinic services and timings.
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Support management with daily reporting and data entry tasks.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
(English and Hindi).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any stream (preferably with background in administration or hospitality).
0-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles (healthcare/hospitality preferred).
