Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Support procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when required.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, notices, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors and facility management teams.
Liaise with various departments to support office operations.
Support management in implementing office policies and procedures.
