Hospital Concierge

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors with empathy and professionalism. Act as a

hospital concierge

- guiding patients through registrations, appointments, billing, and services. Anticipate patient needs, solve problems proactively, and coordinate with departments for smooth flow. Manage front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency. Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and sensitivity at all times. Provide real-time solutions and ensure patients never feel "lost" in their hospital journey. Be the

"go-to person"

for both patients and internal staff when it comes to navigation, information, and reassurance.

What We're Looking For

Graduate with

1-5 years of front office, hospitality, or healthcare service experience

. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; local language is an advantage). Tech-savvy and quick to learn hospital systems. High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. Positive attitude, presentable personality, and natural problem-solving skills. Someone who
