About the Role



We are looking for a professional and well-organized

Front Desk Officer

to manage and handle all front-office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages. Maintain visitor records and ensure front desk security procedures are followed. Coordinate mail, courier, and deliveries. Keep the reception area neat and presentable at all times. Assist with scheduling meetings and administrative tasks. Support office coordination and communication between departments.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
